The answer is wrong

How to steer Colette back on track

Correct the assumption and give specific feedback. Say what's untrue and what's true instead.

Specific feedback works far better than asking for something better. For example:

  • "This assumes she is a beginner; she already has an established business."

  • "Keep the argument, but use the client example I gave you."

If the whole direction is wrong, say so rather than polishing a draft that doesn't fit.

If a Foundation insight is wrong, correct it in that Foundation studio, so the fix carries across every Studio.
