Don't worry, starting a new conversation never deletes your old ones. Try these checks:
Make sure you're in the same Studio. Each Studio has its own conversation list.
Open the sidebar on the left. If it's collapsed, use the panel icon. On mobile it's closed by default.
Confirm you're signed in to the right account.
You can also use Pull in past work to search your chats and Library.
