Conversations, saving and your Library

Where your work is saved and how to find it again

Every Studio saves your work as you go, so you can pick up where you left off.

Finding your conversations

  • Completed messages are saved automatically. Unsent text and a pending attachment aren't guaranteed to be saved.

  • Each Studio has its own conversation list on the left. If the sidebar is collapsed, open it with the panel icon. On mobile it's closed by default; select a title to reopen a conversation.

  • On desktop, hover over a conversation and use the pencil to rename it, so it's easy to find later.

When to start a new conversation

  • Stay in the same conversation while you're developing the same piece.

  • Start a new conversation for a different post, offer or task. Starting a new conversation never deletes your old chats.

  • For a long project, Continue with summary starts a shorter conversation using an AI-generated summary. Check the important details are there. Your old conversation stays where it is.

Your confirmed Voice, client and method carry across every conversation. Not every old draft, discussion or file does, so bring in relevant past work when you need it.

Your Library

  • Save to Library keeps a response you want to hold on to, with a title and type. It's separate from your conversation history and from Save to profile.

  • Pull in past work searches your chats and Library.

  • Insert from Library gives the Studio the reference you select.
