Checking your usage
You can see how much of your Studio allowance you've used under Activity in your dashboard. Your reset date is shown there too.
What uses your allowance? Each response uses some, and longer conversations, long documents and transcripts use more. Manual visual edits in the Design Studio use no AI usage at all.
Payment details and cancelling
To change your payment details or cancel your subscription, go to Settings, then Manage billing.
